Single yoga class, suitable for all abilities. 4 class block also available.

Women’s Circle
7.45-9.15pm on the first Wednesday of each month, at Highweek Village Hall
£10 in advance or £12 on the day
Discussion, yoga and community. Chocolate and tea included!
Save money by booking a block of 4 yoga classes (must be used within five weeks).

Yoga Retreat Day
Sat 2nd May, 10am - 4pm, Namaste Barn, Ideford
Yoga, relaxation & meditation, with delicious vegetarian lunch and tea and cake. An opportunity for a real reset, exploring tools to help you manage stress.
About Me
I trained as a Yoga Teacher (500hr) with Devon School of Yoga and have undertaken further training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga. I am currently enrolled in Yoga Therapy Training, and I work with groups and on a one-to-one basis.
